Polynesian 1619

The Polynesian 1619 is our largest Polynesian model. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a porch on both sides of the house and a ceiling that spans over 20’ feet to the top of the ridge. Inspired by traditional Hawaiian hales, this home contains 3 bedrooms and a spacious loft that can be used as a 4th bedroom, a play area, a guest room, office space, art space, or meditation space. Add a dormer to one or both sides of this model to let in tons of natural light into your loft and create more usable space (the dormer shown below is an add-on).
