Bamboo Living Home Packages
We offer two types of home packages: Hybrid and Signature. The Hybrid Home Package is for double-walled homes which are conventionally framed onsite and require lumber and wall materials that you purchase locally. The Signature Home Package comes with bamboo-framed single walls as a kit and it’s ready to be assembled onto your foundation right out of the container.
The Hybrid Bamboo Home Package is for double-walled homes. Your builder frames the walls with local lumber and materials. The Hybrid kit provides the roof structure, covered porch structure, exterior siding, and the trim, providing an easy way to insulate your walls while having the strength and beauty of a Bamboo Living home. Our Hybrid homes are designed to be built anywhere worldwide and can be constructed where single-walled homes aren’t permitted.
The Signature Bamboo Home Package is for single-walled homes. The Signature Bamboo Home Package has everything the Hybrid kit comes with, and it includes all of the bamboo-framed structural walls as well, so it’s fast and easy to assemble on your prepared site. The Signature kit reduces your required on-site materials and labor, and it provides a luxurious tropical experience that shows off its beautiful bamboo framework. The Signature kit is best suited to locations with temperate or tropical climates.

Hybrid Home Packages — perfect for building codes that require insulation for heating or cooling. Your contractor builds walls to our specs and conventionally frames them and you finish the walls with our exterior bamboo siding, roof system, porches, and bamboo trim. Hybrid Home Packages combine an exquisite balance of the Signature Series’ exotic exterior look, with a modern, smooth wall interior.

Signature Home Packages — great for temperate climates with building codes that allow single-wall construction. Your package includes bamboo-framed exterior single-wall panels, complete with our natural split bamboo exterior siding. Select your interior wall finish, either: paint color of your choice, woven bamboo, or split bamboo, and enjoy beautiful exposed bamboo throughout your home.

What’s Included
The Signature Home Package is a single-walled kit that comes complete with structural bamboo walls, exterior siding, our exquisite bamboo roof system, bamboo eaves, porch posts, guard rails and pickets, and plenty of trim. The home is ready to assemble directly out of the container, straight onto your foundation.
The Hybrid Home Package is for double-walled homes, and it requires traditional wood-framed walls and materials to be constructed before the kit arrives. You assemble the home onto your existing framing. This kit is the same as the signature, with the exception of the structural bamboo walls. Both homes look identical from the outside but the hybrid has the benefit of double walls for insulation.
Bamboo Living Home Packages require finishing your home kit with windows, doors, exterior roofing, flooring, plumbing, and electrical. Those features are chosen by you and installed by your contractors. Hybrid Home Packages require perimeter wall framing and drywall supplied by your builder. Additional options and customization are available for an extra charge.
