Manufacturing Bamboo Houses - House Panels  Prefabricated homes have many shapes: octagonal, rectangular, square or a custom combination. House frame, walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, doors, beds and trim can all be made from bamboo. Exterior bamboo walls are overlaid with bamboo siding and interior walls have several decorative woven bamboo styles.  Panel Assembly Process: Bamboo poles for roof and wall frames are assembled, sanded, cleaned, and coated with preservatives. Steel connectors are inserted inside structural joints for hurricane and earthquake standards.  When panels and bamboo frame is ready, the house is assembled inside the factory.
