This high pitch roof is 16'4" compared to 12'8" regular roof peak. 200 sqft interior offers room for bed, tables, chairs, sofa, cabinets, kitchenette. Add a 6 ft+ deck or paved stone lanai under the 8 ft overhang roof for more space that can be screened in for additional living and storage.

Assembly and Completion. First, owner prepares platform or foundation. Homestead can be assembled in 3 days. Then install final roofing material, windows, doors, flooring, furniture, cabinets. Depending on site, connect to electrical grid or add solar. Connect plumbing to septic system or add composting toilet.

Modular Hales. Octa Hales can be attached to each other in a row or a triangle with interior courtyard or living area with a roof. Two octagons can be designed with kitchen and living area in one and bath and bedroom in the other. Three can be designed with kitchen and bathroom in one, living area in the second, and master bedroom and bath in the third. Attached octagons can be same size or a combination.
